All items are handmade in England by an amazing team. Items may be subject to the odd tiny imperfection, but that's what makes it real.

If you wish to return any part of your order, you have 14 days from your purchase date, to get them back to us.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received. Product must not have been worn (trying them on is fine of course!), washed or damaged in any way and all tags must be attached.
For products which do not meet this criteria or have been returned after 14 days, please be aware that your refund may be declined and the product/s will be returned to your delivery address.
All Briefs and Thongs are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
* Please note, you will be responsible for paying the postage on your returns. As a small business, we currently cannot offer a free returns service. Please also be aware that we cannot give refunds/exchanges for products which are lost in the post. To ensure your products reach us, please send them via a mail tracking process.
