WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you wish to return any part of your order, you have 14 days to get them back to us.

Products must be returned in the condition they were received. Product must not have been worn (trying  them on is fine of course!), washed or damaged in way and all tags must be attached.

For products which do not meet this criteria or have been returned after 14 days, please be aware that your refund may be declined and the product/s will be returned to your delivery address.

All accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

* Please note, you will be responsible for paying the postage on your returns. As a small business, we currently cannot offer a free returns service. Please also be aware that we cannot give refunds/exchanges for products which are lost in the post. To ensure your products reach us, please send them via a mail tracking process.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Yes we  offer exchanges! If you wish to exchange any products you also have 14 days and they must meet the criteria below. When it comes to exchanges, we are happy to offer you an exchange for the same product in a new size. If you are wanting a new colour, unfortunately you must return your product and place a new order.

Exchange Criteria

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment is taken by card only currently, whether it be visa, visa debit or a credit card. 
Currently we are not set up to take payments via paypal and we do not currently offer buy now pay later via Klarna, but who knows what the future may hold for this!

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer a gift card service.

HOW DO I WORK OUT THE SIZING?

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of the UK. This is something we are looking into and once we find a safe, secure and reliable service you'll be the first to know!

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your orders to be delivered, As all items are handmade and fabric will be ordered a few days after all orders are placed.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

Please allow up to 7 working days (don't count the weekends) for you order to arrive. If your order hasn't arrived by then, please get in touch via the contact page using the headline - missing delivery, and we'll be in touch.

* Please note, we do not take any responsibility for orders which may become lost in the postal system.
